As the Founder and CEO of K & Daisy, I specialize in helping small and mid-sized tourism businesses achieve growth. With an LLM in International Law and International Relations from the University of Kent, UK, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce and Defence Studies, I bring a decade of military leadership and 15 years of tourism experience.
Over the years, I have managed and operated guesthouses, liveaboards, travel agencies and rental properties building extensive expertise across various facets of the tourism industry. Also, as a Padi Pro with a passion for underwater visual storytelling i’ve been solo-travelling the oceans researching ocean-based tourism models.
I draw on global insights and first hand information from research living in the Maldives, Egypt, the UK, India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Thailand and other Southeast Asian nations to deliver impactful, innovative solutions through tailored strategies and efficient execution.

Olga has developed a strong understanding of tourism migration trends focuses on business development, leveraging her organizational expertise and cultural awareness to foster growth and build meaningful client relationships.
She is a skilled professional with a background in Computer Design, having graduated from University of Instrument Engineering and Computer Science and brings over five years of experience in secretarial services in a companies specializing in the design and installation of gas equipment and boiler stations.
